Established in 1989 by Karl Sicilia, a graduate of Washington State University with a degree in Landscape Architecture and a certified installation technician.
New Horizons Landscape brings over 35 years of experience in landscape design and construction. After decades of serving the Seattle area, we are proud to have relocated to Spirit Lake, Idaho, where we continue our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and innovation design throughout the Inland Northwest – including Coeur d’ Alene, Hayden, Rathdrum, Athol, Post Falls. Priest River and the surrounding communities.
