New Horizons Landscape was founded in 1989 by Karl Sicilia, after earning his bachelor degree in Landscape Architecture from Washington State University. As an award winning landscape designer and certified installation technician, Karl led his team in the creation of hundreds of aesthetic yet functional landscapes in the Seattle metropolitan area for over 35 years.
New Horizons is now bringing our services and exceptional craftsmanship to Kootenai county.
